Cousins & Aunts

So this video starts out with my cousins Lauren and Evan playing in front of my Aunt Diane's house. Then you see the group of us, including Mama & Aunt Tracy, heading down to the bus stop to pick up cousin Ben after school. I got to try out a Big Wheel and a cool red tricycle while I was there...still a little short in the legs, but curious and enthusiastic! Cousin Emma soon showed up and we all played together on the piano, reading books, sharing toys and just having a really fun time. My cousins were so nice about including me in all their games and activities and making sure that I, as the little guy, was always safe! I really miss my cousins, they are really, really special and so much fun!

Look for our next installation coming soon: Hiawatha!

Here I am getting a closer look at the pond fountain in Aunt Diane's backyard. I wanted to get much, much closer!

Let's Swim!

So a couple days into our trip to Pennsylvania, a baby pool was purchased for my enjoyment. It took quite a crew of individuals to get it set up and filled up, Uncle Silly Mark, GranSmoky, and Mama, but boy was it worth it! The journey and destination were equally fun! And I was a big helper on the team! Check me out!

Keep an eye out for our next installation from our Pennsylvania trip: Cousins & Aunts!

Yuengling Tour

Yuengling ICE CREAM?!?!

On our first full day in Pennsylvania GranSmoky, Opa, Papa, Mama and I took a trip to Pottsville, PA, about an hour from Allentown to visit the Yuengling Brewery, America's Oldest Brewery. Mama thought that Papa would really enjoy the tour as he is a bit of a brewing enthusiast and Mama herself really likes the final product! For an 18 month old, a brewery tour isn't the most exciting thing, so you'll see Mama and me trying to some of our own fun.

The best part of the whole tour (for everyone) was in the tasting room at the end of the tour. There were candy machines to "drive" and snacks and lots of people to meet and hang out with. Oh, and for the adults, there were beer samples. I got a sample of white birch beer and promptly dumped it in Papa's porter...he was not particularly happy about that combo it turns out.

Here are some more pics to check out:
The sign says it all.

Mama LOVES the Yuengling doggies.

Here we are at the Yuengling "subway" stop.

Too cute am I!

Wind Up Fun

Recently we went on a trip to Pennsylvania to visit my relatives. On the first night at GranSmoky and Opa's house we had some fun with some wind up toys that GranSmoky and Mama pulled out. The first one is a kangaroo (even though Mama called it a squirrel) and the second is a donkey. (Notice that I give Kangaroo a big kiss soon after donkey shows up.) These toys were very silly and I liked them quite a lot. Unfortunately by the end of the week, of the 4 wind ups that we had (we also had a "tap dancing" egg and a "zombie marching" skeleton), only the donkey is still working. They were all doing quite a bit of entertaining.

summer has just begun

"It's a hot one", as mama says. This is a little montage of pictures of my adventures so far this summer. Kicking back in my diaper in front of the fan, playing with friends in my pool, and going to the zoo. Enjoy.
